Clean out fireplace of
your ashes and dispose of in fireplace ash metal
container cans that can be picked up near the entrance.
Leave ash containers at road side of our campsite for
pickup by our staff. There is no charge to dispose
of cold fireplace ash in our dumpsters. It is a
allowed.

Absolutely no dumping of
ashes in woods. We will hold campers who treat our
woods like a landfill accountable for their actions.
A cleaning fee will be charged if we must clean up ashes
in the woods behind your campsite.

Clean site of all debris
and trash and take it home with you. If you wish
to dump it in our dumpster, see Campground Director for
a cost estimate based on the amount of trash.
Unauthorized dumping of debris in our offsite dumpsters
is not allowed and will be charged accordingly.

No decks or portions of
decks will be thrown in the trash under any
circumstances.

Clean or rake sites of
litter and nails/screws.

Take home all firewood,
even if rotted. Firewood shall be considered as
debris.

Upon departure, disconnect
all services to your equipment: water, electric and
sewer. Cap sewer line at ground level with plastic
screw cap. See management for screw-in sewer cap
if no cap is on your campsite.

It sites are left other
than in a natural state and we must clean sites after
October 25, we will charge you $25 per man hour for
labor, $25 per hour for equipment time and a trash
disposal fee, including a reasonable fee to get rid of
abandoned or rotted decks, based on amount of trash and
debris.

Trailers left on campsite
after October 15 may immediately be moved to
storage by campground personnel. Trailers
abandoned, moved to, or left in storage after October 15
shall be stored at a cost of $20/day, payable to removal.
Proper arrangements may be made with management for long
term storage. We shall not be held responsible for
personal property left on campground property after
October 15. Nor shall we be held responsible for
distinguishing between trash and non-trash property if
we have to clean your campsite.

Trailers and personal
property shall be considered abandoned 30 days after
closing and will be disposed of by sale at auction, sale
or other means according to Massachusetts law.
Storage fees shall continue to accrue after abandonment
and until the personal property is moved from our
premises. Accrued storage fees shall be payable
when due and sought in court as necessary. Your
acceptance of our Policies and Guidelines and their
terms constitutes your authoring King's Family Campground
to sell your abandoned property.

Costs for us to clean sites will be invoiced and payable
immediately, or prior to removal of your trailer from
storage. Unpaid invoices shall accrue interest at
2% per month until paid. After 30 days, we shall,
upon due notice, seek collections in Uxbridge District
Court. Departing camper shall be responsible for
collection costs. (Note: we have brought
several proceedings to court in this regard and have
prevailed each and every time. To our good campers
leaving campsites clean and empty upon closing, this shall
not apply to you).

If move out is commenced at
other than end of season, then all terms apply except the
dates indicated above, which shall become the date of
move-out of the camping unit.
